Registration
One can register until December 17, 1999 by sending in
the registration form
and transferring the fees.
Participants can register for the entire meeting,
as well as for partial arrangements.
Registration for the Seminar
"Quantitative Financial Risk Management" on Friday January 14
is possible in combination with a (partial) registration
for the rest of the conference.
If you only wish to attend the seminar on Friday,
then please do not use the registration form,
but contact Lodewijk Kallenberg

The various fees, mailing address and bank account can be found
on the registration form.
The full arrangement includes lodging and meals from January 11
before lunch until January 14 after lunch.
It is possible, against reduced rates, to share a room;
in that case a room mate should be indicated on the registration form.
Aio's and oio's of the Landelijk Netwerk Mathematische Besliskunde
who attend the entire meeting are entitled
to a reduction of Dfl. 100,--.
Registrations will be made only after the registration form and the
conference fee have been received by the conference organization.
No invoices will be sent.
Because of the short time period between receipt of the fees
and the conference, no confirmations will be sent either.
