The registration for the LNMB Conference 2025 is now open!Accommodation
A limited number of rooms are available for conference participants. You are encouraged to register early if you wish to secure accommodation. Please note that accommodation for the conference rate can only be guaranteed for registrations until mid December and is subject to availability and different rates after that date.Cancellation policy
Cancellations before 1 January 2025 will be charged with 10 € administrative costs. Please note that reimbursements will be processed in February.
Cancellations on or after 1 January 2025 are non-refundable. Please contact us at lnmb@utwente.nl to notify us of your cancellation.
ORTEC affiliates
A limited number of complimentary tickets is available to affiliates of the conference's sponsor, ORTEC. The ticket gives access to the complete conference, including all meals but excluding lodging. ORTEC affiliates are encouraged to contact us at lnmb@utwente.nl to inquire about available tickets.
